Michelle Yang is the Founder & Managing Partner of Employment Laws by Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. A proud USC alumna, she earned her J.D. from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. Michelle began her legal career advocating for employees at one of California’s largest plaintiff-side law firms. Her passion for protecting workers’ rights and her tireless work ethic have led her to successfully represent hundreds of employees in wage and hour, discrimination, and wrongful termination cases.
